Erin Pilchick Woodward, a proud Florida native, serves as the Executive Vice President and Qualifying Broker at Weichert, Realtors – Hallmark Properties. As a leader in this esteemed Florida-based brokerage, Erin oversees an expansive network of 18 office locations, extending its reach to over 100 markets across the Sunshine State.

A distinguished alumna of the University of Florida, Erin holds a master's degree in accounting, bringing a unique blend of financial acumen and real estate expertise to her leadership role. As a second-generation Realtor®, she embodies a deep-seated passion for the industry and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service.

Erin's journey with Weichert, Realtors – Hallmark Properties began as an agent, marking her transition from over a decade-long career in the Banking and Finance industry. After more than 10 years in banking, Erin joined her father, Steven Pilchick, the President of Weichert, Realtors – Hallmark Properties. Since her arrival in 2016, she has ascended to managing multiple offices and leading innovative efforts across the brokerage and its affiliated companies, showcasing her exceptional leadership skills and dedication to the team's success.

Erin is passionately committed to nurturing the already deeply instilled family culture within Weichert, Realtors – Hallmark Properties, which was founded on the principles of unity and collaboration where everyone thrives.  Her leadership is marked by a deep understanding of how a positive culture can enhance the personal and professional growth agents and the satisfaction of the company's valued customers.

As a true Floridian, Erin grew up in the Greater Orlando area and lives in Maitland with her husband, Philip, and their two young daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends enjoys running, traveling, and appreciating the outdoors.
