Without a signed agency agreement, I can't legally represent you. You become a customer, and my allegiance belongs to the seller — not you. That's not a policy unique to me; it applies to every agent in every transaction, whether they bring it up or not. I bring it up because you deserve to know.

So before we do anything else, we sign an agreement — a listing agreement if you're selling, a buyer representation agreement if you're buying. That's what makes everything that follows actually work in your favor.

I work this way because I'm methodical and strategic about real estate, and that only means something when I'm fully in your corner.
