Brandi is known for her diligence, knowledge and expertise when it comes to negotiating the best deals possible for her buyer’s and obtaining the highest offers for her sellers. A native of the beautiful state of Louisiana Brandi moved to the Lake County area 32 years ago.  Brandi’s passion for people and the city’s unique landscape brought her to Weichert Realtor’s Hallmark Properties to pursue her genuine love of real estate.  She wanted to help people in her community achieve their real estate goal of real estate ownership, coupled with the skills she learned while in the client services industry allows her to provide unparalleled and knowledgeable insight and client satisfaction.

Her goal is to create both a profitable and pleasant real estate experience, and Brandi’s intense work ethic, industry experience, negotiation skills, and perceptiveness deliver results. She provides highly personalized service and leverages her broad network to exceed expectations. Brandi builds the bridge to the next chapter of her clients’ lives, and she advocates fiercely for their best interests. On the rare occasions that Brandi is not out with clients or sourcing properties to meet their needs, you can find her out riding her Harley, canoeing, or bringing light and hope to those in need as a volunteer in various organizations in her community. Brandi loves spending time with her husband, two children and two dogs. She enjoys her Clermont neighborhood and all the rolling hills, lakes, dining at amazing restaurants.
