"Woulda, shoulda, coulda." my Mom would say whenever someone was complaining about a missed opportunity.
It was her way of saying you need to prepare for the future and learn from the past.
It took me a while to learn that lesson. I was always one that would lament a lost opportunity. Complaining about how it wasn't fair and then not learning a lesson from the loss.
Now I'm learning to see patterns and prepare for the changes that are coming. While some in real estate are running in circles with their hair on fire screaming "The sky is falling, the sky is falling." I see opportunity. A chance to help folks that are in trouble financially and a chance to help my investors retain and grow their income.
As I do the reps each day, gathering more cash investors and refining my ability to find frustrated sellers, I look forward to growing success
