One of the best lessons I learned from Tony Robbins was about trying to control your life.
He explains it in such a way that makes it very simple. He uses a diagram that consists of three concentric circles.
The innermost circle represents the things that individuals have complete control over, such as their thoughts, feelings, and actions. The middle circle represents the things that individuals can influence, such as other people's reactions and certain external circumstances. The outermost circle represents the things that individuals have no control over, such as natural disasters or global economic trends.
Robbins emphasizes the importance of focusing on the inner circle and taking responsibility for one's thoughts and actions. By doing so, one can create positive change in their life and achieve their goals. He encourages people to let go of things they cannot control and instead focus their energy on what they can control.
By focusing on constant improvement and consistent daily behaviors I can control the things that I can control and ignore everything else.
